Alaskan Cuisine always strives to provide a great experience for everyone alaskancuisine.us. We decided to list the best rated restaurants all across Alaska to give a more personal recommendation where to order. While we can't list every top rated restaurant we will make sure to cycle through our results from time to time to give a fair amount of spotlight to everyone. Restaurants that have been added to our Featured Restaurants section are are evaluated by the following parameters:

Food Quality

Only restaurants offering top quality food will appear in this section. We are continuously checking reviews for any feedback about the taste. Of course tastes are different - we understand that. You don't have to worry if your dish is more spicy than usual. However if a review indicates that an order had a bad taste, bad smell or was not rich in flavor, we'll take notice of that.

Food Variety

If your menu represents a great variety of dishes we'll take note of that too. Having a wide selection of great and delicious food is perfect to reach more customers in your area. Restaurants that are specialized in just one specific type of food such as a pizza delivery service, burger delivery service or steak house won't have any disadvantages. We're well aware of this situation and always treat every restaurants as fair as possible.

Delivery

Each of our partners that signs up for Delivery must have the opportunity to provide the food ordered by the customer at home or in the office in the shortest possible time so that every single dish is still hot and ready to be eaten. The estimated delivery time that each restaurant can set should always be met. We also encourage each restaurant to make sure that your delivery drivers always act nice towards your customers.

Accuracy

Mistakes happen, we understand that. However restaurants should end up making gross mistakes repeatedly when processing orders such as forgetting items, being late or worst case scenario not delivering at all. If your customer made a reservation and you're fully booked on that day will also result in a negative feedback. Each restaurant should try to make an additional delivery at no extra cost in case something is missing from an order.

Overall Feedback

If a restaurant rating is a solid 5/5 with more than just a handful of reviews then they're probably doing it right and it's almost safe to say that this restaurant will be considered for our Featured Restaurants section. We carefully browse through feedback and if we notice a complaint (even minor) within a comment but a 5 star rating, we will consider this feedback too.

Our feedback system aims to guarantee the correct exposure to all the best restaurants of our platform. Your feedback will help other people select only the best and give them the exposure they deserve. The feedback should evaluate the goodness of the food, the professionalism of the restaurant staff, the speed of delivery and the overall customer experience. We do not tolerate biased feedback or feedback bought with the sole intent of having positive reviews. Users who will leave biased or fake feedback will receive a warning and risk of being banned from writing reviews in the future. Leaving a bad feedback just because you were unhappy with something that is not directly related to your order won't help anyone.

Every restaurant has the option to answer to every single review and respond to a customer rating whether it is good or bad.
